Communication through WhatsApp takes place directly between the Customer and Shop Owner.

SabkaBiz does not control or monitor WhatsApp conversations and is not responsible for information voluntarily shared by users through WhatsApp.

SabkaBiz does not control:

  1. WhatsApp conversations.
  2. Messages exchanged between users.
  3. Orders finalized through WhatsApp.
  4. Payments made through WhatsApp or outside the Platform.
  5. Information voluntarily shared through WhatsApp.

Payments are arranged directly between the Customer and Shop Owner.
