1. What SabkaBiz Is
SabkaBiz is an online directory and catalog platform that allows small businesses ("Shop Owners") to list their shops, products, and services, and allows visitors ("Customers") to browse those listings and place orders directly with Shop Owners via WhatsApp.
SabkaBiz is not a party to any transaction between a Shop Owner and a Customer. We do not sell, own, package, ship, or guarantee any product or service listed on the Platform, and we do not process, hold, or handle payments on behalf of either party. All orders, pricing, availability, payment, delivery, and after-sales support are handled directly and exclusively between the Shop Owner and the Customer over WhatsApp.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to register a shop or place an order. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Shop Owner Accounts
- Shop Owners must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including shop name, contact/WhatsApp number, address, and product details.
- Shop Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, pricing, images, descriptions, stock availability, and any claims made about their products or services.
- Shop Owners are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, collecting payment, handling refunds/returns/cancellations, and resolving disputes with Customers.
- SabkaBiz reserves the right to verify, suspend, or remove any shop listing that it believes, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice.
- Shop Owners agree not to list illegal goods or services, counterfeit products, or content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property.
4. Customer Use of the Platform
- Customers use the "Order on WhatsApp" feature to contact Shop Owners directly. This opens a WhatsApp chat pre-filled with the selected items; SabkaBiz has no visibility into or control over the resulting conversation, order, or payment.
- Customers are responsible for verifying product details, pricing, and Shop Owner legitimacy before making any payment or commitment.
- Any dispute regarding an order — including but not limited to non-delivery, wrong item, quality issues, refunds, or payment disputes — must be resolved directly between the Customer and the Shop Owner. SabkaBiz is not liable for and will not mediate such disputes, though we may, at our discretion, assist by removing a Shop Owner who receives repeated verified complaints.
5. Payments
SabkaBiz does not collect, process, or hold any payment for orders placed through the Platform. Any payment (cash on delivery, UPI, bank transfer, or otherwise) is arranged and settled entirely between the Customer and the Shop Owner outside of the Platform. SabkaBiz shall bear no liability whatsoever for payment failures, fraud, non-payment, or non-refund by either party.
6. Intellectual Property
The SabkaBiz name, logo, website design, and platform software are the property of [Your Company/Legal Name] and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Shop Owners retain ownership of the content (images, descriptions, logos) they upload, but grant SabkaBiz a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to list prohibited/restricted goods;
- Upload false, misleading, defamatory, or infringing content;
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the Platform's security or functionality;
- Scrape, copy, or resell Platform data without permission;
- Impersonate any person or business.
8. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with WhatsApp, a service owned and operated by WhatsApp/Meta. Your use of WhatsApp to communicate with Shop Owners is governed by WhatsApp's own terms of service and privacy policy, over which SabkaBiz has no control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company/Legal Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, any transaction between a Shop Owner and a Customer, or any content posted by a Shop Owner. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, shop listing, or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, SabkaBiz, or third parties.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
14. Changes to These Terms
